Refund policy
Please read all listings carefully, item photos and approximate measurements of all crystals are included in the product descriptions.
To the best of our ability, we have displayed as accurate information possible for each piece and included detailed photographs.
As crystals are natural stones, each one is unique and may vary in shape, colour, size and characteristics (including natural markings, pits, fissures, etc.). Crystals may vary in colour (in person) from the images provided. Every stone is special and unique with its own beautiful colour and characteristics. This does not make them faulty, but rather perfect as nature intended.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on crystals characteristics or change of mind. Due to the limited availability and rarity of most crystals, all sales will be final.
Damaged Items
We want to make sure you are happy with your order & your crystals! We take the utmost care to carefully inspect and pack your items so they get to you safely. In the rare event that your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at dave@davinas.store so that we can rectify the situation. Please include your name, order number and photos of the damaged items and we will do our best to make things right (note this does not apply to unique crystal variations as above).
Returns are to be sent back to us in the original condition, packed in a safe and secure way, using tracked shipping (tracking number provided to us).
Once the items have been received and checked over, there are 2 options for returning of money. Either a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) for the full amount of the order, or a direct refund to the original payment method.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, certain items may be out of stock and the corresponding product page may not have been updated. You will be notified by email and you will have the option of a refund or waiting for your item to be re-stocked and sent out to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
