Shipping policy

Shipping:

Flat Rate applies to all orders under 5kg total weight. 

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping only applies to orders over $100 (normal cost $12.95), shipped within Australia, are under 5kg in weight, and are sent with Standard Speed Postage with tracking and signature on delivery. Express with tracking and signature on delivery also applies to orders over $150 (normal cost $17.95). Large/Fragile items are NOT included in the FREE SHIPPING.

All parcels are sent with Australia Post Regular Mail Service (unless express is chosen at checkout) and a tracking number will be supplied when the order is completed and sent. Shipping time estimates are listed below for shipping in Australia.

"Local Delivery" applies only to addresses within the 6069 postcode.

"Signature On Delivery" can be selected at an additional cost of $2.95, this will require Australia Post delivery driver to obtain a signature to confirm delivery at your address. If no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office. By not selecting the signature option, you are giving Australia Post Authority to leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises at the delivery drivers discretion.

In the event of Payment not being completed, orders will not be shipped out until the payment has cleared. An example of this is payment via PayPal E-Check. This usually takes 3-5 days to clear from PayPal. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email, which will have your tracking number, and can then be can be tracked through Australia Post Website.

If you cannot find your shipment notification, be sure to check Junk/Spam folders as they can sometimes be hidden there.

Please allow up to 24 hours after for tracking to be updated and visible.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at

 as soon as possible. We will work with both you and Australia Post to investigate the issue.

Please note Davinas is not liable for any lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. It is recommended to add sign on delivery to your order so that it is taken to a Post Office if you are not home to receive the delivery. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you: incorrect address, return to sender, Failure to collect from your local post office. If you choose not to have your package resent you will be charged 50% of your total order for restocking and processing fees, the remaining amount will be refunded or offered as store credit. Should you not contact us within 14 days from our first contact for resending, you forfeit your entire order. 

We will happily give you a store credit minus shipping fees if you do not wish the item/s to be resent. 

Please note* Any orders that included free postage will have our standard shipping rate deducted from the credit. 

Please note, these times are estimates, and there are many different conditions/anomalies that can affect shipping times. Should we know of any delays, we will contact you personally. Alternatively, you can view where your parcel was last scanned on the Australia Post 'Track and Trace' Website

Shipping Insurance is not included in the above price, and is up to the customer if they would like to add it at an additional cost.
