At Davina’s Mystical Crystals,we take great pride in consciously and ethically sourcing all of our products. We work closely with small family-run miners and trusted wholesalers from around the world, ensuring every crystal is obtained with care, respect, and integrity.

How do I choose the right stone for myself or someone else?

Choosing the right stone or crystal is a personal and intuitive experience. We encourage you to trust your instincts—often, the crystal you're most drawn to is the one your energy needs most. You can also select based on the crystal's properties, such as emotional healing, grounding, protection, or clarity. Consider what area of your life you'd like support in, and let that guide your choice. Whether you're called by its colour, shape, or energy, the right crystal will always find its way to you.

Why does my crystal look different from the photo?

Crystals are natural creations—each one is entirely unique in color, shape, texture, and inclusions. We carefully photograph and describe our pieces, but due to lighting, angles, and screen differences, slight variations may occur. This is all part of what makes each crystal special and one-of-a-kind!

How do I care for my crystals?

To keep your crystals vibrant and energetically clear, handle them with care. Some softer stones (like selenite or fluorite) can be sensitive to water or scratching, so always research the specific care needs of your crystal. We recommend storing them in a dry, clean place—ideally somewhere sacred or personal to you.

Do I need to cleanse my crystals?

Yes—cleansing helps reset your crystal’s energy, especially after shipping, handling, or heavy use. Here are a few safe and popular methods:

  • Moonlight: Place crystals under the full moon to recharge them with lunar energy.
  • Smoke Cleansing: Pass your crystals through sage, palo santo, or incense smoke.
  • Sound: Use a singing bowl, chimes, or bells to clear energy with vibration.
  • Selenite Plate: Rest crystals on a piece of selenite, which is self-cleansing and can also clear other stones.
  • Visualization: Hold the crystal in your hand and imagine a white or golden light surrounding and purifying it.

Please note: Not all crystals are water-safe, so we do not recommend water cleansing unless you are sure the mineral is non-soluble and durable.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors such as the time of year and the destination. 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.

We do our best to get your order processed within 24 hours.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Approximate Guidelines

  • Standard: Approximately 3 - 9 business days or more
  • Express: 1 - 4 business days or more

Delivery times are in addition to 1 - 3 days order processing time.

Delivery times above should be used as a guide only. Please allow extra time for remote/regional areas, weekends, public holidays and busy periods with Australia Post.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking notifications once your order has been lodged with Australia Post. We are happy to to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Davinas does not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances, other than guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and refunds will only be provided if a product is deemed faulty, different from what is described or not what was ordered, which you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

Something is damaged during shipping.

If an item you have received arrived damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us at dave@davinas.store

You will be required to send photos of the damaged items and return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using the prepaid shipping label provided by Davinas.

The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon Davinas receiving the item, we will process your return.

We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value, a refund or a store credit to use to purchase what ever catches your eye.

All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order - the date of delivery as per AusPost tracking records.
